History
Chinese ceramics began with the primitive celadon of the Shang Dynasty and Zhou Dynasty, the Tang Dynasty formed the pattern of “southern celadon and northern white porcelain” (Yue Kiln celadon and Xing Kiln white porcelain), the five famous kilns of the Song Dynasty (Ru, Guan, Gao, Jun, Ding) reached the peak of the art, the Yuan blue and white porcelain created a new era of colored porcelain, Ming and Qing dynasties, Jingdezhen became the center of porcelain production, the creation of the Doi Cai, pastel, and other crafts.
